Kashrut/ כשרות

At Josh's Jerky, we are not under any VAAD or Kashrut (כשרות) organization. All our ingredients are OU or CRC-certified Kosher. Our meat is all glatt kosher (כשר) and our kaylim (כלים) have been toveled (טובל) in a kosher mikvah (מקוה). Yehoshua Lebowitz, the owner and chef is an Orthodox Jew, who keeps Shabbat (שבת) to its fullest extent.
